AirHelp Inc has released the AirHelp Score 2024 report, which features a ranking of the best and worst airlines for this year. The rankings were determined through an analysis of various factors, including customer complaints, on-time arrival and departure data. Additionally, customer feedback from over 54 countries regarding food quality, comfort, and cabin crew service from January to October 2024 was taken into account. The airline identified as the worst performer is Tunisair, which ranks last at position 109. According to Nypost, this Tunisian airline is noted as one of the low-cost carriers facing significant issues. Following Tunisair, the airlines Buzz (owned by Ryanair), Nouvelair, and El Al Israel Airlines occupy the next three lowest positions. In contrast, among the top-performing airlines, the well-known Qatar Airways has been surpassed by the Belgian airline Brussels Airlines. Qatar Airways had consistently held the top position since 2018. American carriers United Airlines and American Airlines also rank among the best airlines in the world. Many may be surprised to see these two airlines in the top tier, especially given the numerous flight disruptions they have experienced recently. However, both airlines have maintained a position within the top ten since 2022. Additionally, an Indonesian airline has made it to the upper ranks, although it has not yet entered the top ten. Garuda Indonesia is positioned at 13th, outperforming other notable airlines such as Qantas at 16th and Delta Air Lines at 17th.
