The Honda N Series has achieved a cumulative sales total of 4 million units in Japan since its launch in 2011, as reported by the Japan Automobile Sales Association and the All Light Automobile Self-Cooperative Association. The series includes four main models: Honda N-BOX, Honda N-ONE, Honda N-WGN, and Honda N-VAN. The development of the Honda N Series began with Honda's vision to create an ideal vehicle for the Japanese people. It started with the first generation of the Honda N-BOX in December 2011, and the lineup has since evolved to meet the diverse needs of Japanese society, with each model offering its own unique advantages. The Honda N-ONE is designed as the best personal car for individuals. The Honda N-WGN focuses on functionality and a design that fits seamlessly into daily life. Meanwhile, the Honda N-VAN caters to workers with its practical and versatile vehicle concept. The Honda N Series is known for its spacious cabin, designed with the philosophy of "Man Maximum, Machine Minimum," along with Honda's unique center tank layout. The models in this series continue to innovate, enhancing value with features like the Honda SENSING safety technology, which became standard in the second generation of the Honda N-BOX, along with improved fuel efficiency and driving performance. In October 2023, Honda launched the third generation of the Honda N-BOX, which offers a roomy cabin, better driver visibility, and is equipped with advanced Honda CONNECT connectivity and Honda SENSING safety systems. To complement the Honda N-BOX lineup, Honda introduced the Honda N-BOX JOY in September 2024, designed to support an active daily lifestyle. This variant expands customer options while maintaining practicality and comfort. In October 2024, Honda will launch the N-VAN e:, an electric commercial vehicle based on the N-VAN, marking the first electric model in the Honda N Series. This innovation aims to boost electric vehicle adoption in Japan while maintaining the unique values of the Honda N Series, making it a perfect solution for everyday needs. In Indonesia, Honda introduced the Honda N-VAN EV Prototype at GIIAS 2023. During this event, Honda announced a partnership with Pertamina, using the N-VAN EV Prototype as a study vehicle to explore electric vehicle logistics in Jakarta and its surroundings. At GIIAS 2024, the Honda N-VAN EV Prototype will evolve into Honda's first electric mobile café, named Honda Dreams Cafe Mobile.
