Film "Rumah Untuk Alie" Releases Trailer And Poster, Airs April 17, 2025

Falcon Pictures production house has released the poster and trailer for the latest film titled "Rumah Untuk Alie" directed by Herwin Novianto which will be shown in Indonesian cinemas starting April 17, 2025. 

The film, adapted from the best-selling novel of the same title by Lenn Liu or who is familiarly called Lotta, presents a touching and emotional story. 

The film focuses on the struggle of a girl named Alie in dealing with harsh treatment from her own family. Alie must face accusations of being the cause of her mother's death, where she becomes the victim of her father and older siblings' anger. 

The house that should have been a place of shelter turned into a source of suffering. On her body, there are countless scars from the bullying she experienced, both physically and emotionally. However, behind all that, Alie still holds the hope of being accepted and loved by her family. 

"We want to show the story behind this. There is a message that must be conveyed to the Indonesian people," said Herwin Novianto, at the launch of the poster and trailer for the film "Rumah untuk Alie", in Jakarta, Monday. 

"I want to present a story that not only presents sadness, but also shows the strength of a child in facing the bitter reality of his life. We try to present emotional depth through visuals, acting, and a strong atmosphere in this film," he explained. 

The film stars Anantya Kirana (as Alie), Rizky Hanggono, Tika Bravani, Dito Darmawan, Rafly Altama Putra, Andryan Didi, Faris Fadjar Munggaran, Sheila Kusnadi, and Ully Triani. 

Anantya Kirana said that playing Alie was a big challenge for her. "I had to explore her wounds and determination. I hope the audience can feel Alie's struggle and take a message from this film," she said. 

Furthermore, Lenn Liu as the novelist expressed her happiness seeing the character of Alie who is very close to her heart brought to the big screen. 

"Seeing her story brought to the big screen is something extraordinary. I hope this film can convey the message that everyone deserves love and acceptance, even from those closest to them," she said.
