Julianto Sidarto Has Been Appointed As An Independent Commissioner Of Indonesia AirAsia

PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk (AAID/CMPP) convened an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) to approve the appointment of new members to the Board of Commissioners. 

As per the resolutions made during the EGM on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, the meeting officially appointed Julianto Sidarto as an Independent Commissioner, thereby completing the Board of Commissioners alongside Ahmad Al Farouk Bin Ahmad Kamal, Reza Viryawan, and Sabam Hutajulu. "The addition of Julianto Sidarto is anticipated to bring fresh perspectives and strategic contributions to the growth and enhancement of corporate governance," stated Veranita Yosephine Sinaga, the President Director of PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk, in a written statement.  

Julianto, who possesses extensive experience in management consulting, technology, and operations, has previously served as a Senior Management Advisor and as a member of the Board of Commissioners for various companies. "His expertise is expected to further strengthen the company's capacity to navigate the dynamics of the aviation industry," Veranita added. 

The company, she emphasized, is committed to continuously improving performance and innovation to provide the best services for Indonesian AirAsia passengers while supporting the enhancement of connectivity and the growth of the aviation industry in Indonesia.
