Garuda Indonesia Is Preparing 104,000 Flight Tickets To Jakarta For The Eid Holiday Period

Garuda Indonesia Airlines is offering a total of 104,899 domestic flight tickets to Jakarta during the 2025 Eid al-Fitr travel season, with special discounts of up to 50 percent. 

"We are preparing at least 104,899 domestic flight tickets to Jakarta, which are part of our 'Holiday to Jakarta' program. Tickets can be purchased for travel until April 30, 2025," stated Ade R. Susardi, the Commercial Director of Garuda Indonesia, on Thursday, March 27, 2025.  

Ade explained that this initiative reflects the airline's commitment to providing accessible air transportation at more competitive prices, not only for those returning to their hometowns but also for individuals wishing to spend the Eid holiday with their families in Jakarta. 

"We hope that these various flight options will also boost the number of tourists visiting Jakarta, thereby sustaining the economic activity in the vicinity of the capital's popular tourist attractions throughout the Eid holiday," he added. 

Some of the domestic flight routes offered at special prices include Surabaya to Jakarta starting at IDR 800,000, Yogyakarta to Jakarta from IDR 600,000, Solo to Jakarta from IDR 600,000, Makassar to Jakarta starting at IDR 1.1 million, Padang to Jakarta from IDR 1 million, and Medan to Jakarta starting at IDR 1.3 million.
