Air Asia And GMF Form Strategic Joint Investment To Expand Landing Gear Services

Asia Digital Engineering (ADE), a subsidiary of Capital A focused on Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), and PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), a leading MRO service provider in Indonesia, are excited to announce a strategic joint investment agreement. The signing ceremony took place at the Bali International Airshow 2024 (BIAS) and was attended by President Joko Widodo, highlighting the importance of this joint investment in the aviation sector.

GMF provides comprehensive landing gear overhaul and maintenance services, including complete disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of landing gear components. With advanced facilities equipped with cutting-edge technology and certifications from international aviation authorities, GMF ensures the highest quality of service. Founded in September 2020, ADE is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capital A Berhad, located in Klia2, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. ADE offers a variety of aircraft maintenance services, including line maintenance, base maintenance, workshops, component and warehouse services, and engineering support services.
