Monday, 24 Jun 2024

BRI Life received the "6th Anniversary Indonesia BUMN Awards 2024 Life Insurance Category Title: Best Commercial Reputation" from The Iconomics supported by Axia Research (20/6). The award was given through the "BUMN Brand Equity Awards" category, based on a BUMN image survey with more than 10,000 respondents in 10 major cities in Indonesia.

Aris Hartanto, the CEO of BRI Life, expressed gratitude for the appreciation given to BRI Life as the Best Commercial Reputation life insurance. "We dedicate this award to all our customers and BRI Life Insans," said Aris.

In his speech, Aris added, "We also see this award as a challenge for BRI Life to continue providing even better services in the future. We are aware of the increasing challenges ahead, so we will do our best to provide more comprehensive services to meet the needs of our customers."

According to bumn.go.id, the contribution of BUMN to the country has been increasing in recent years, where the state revenue from BUMN in the form of taxes, dividends, and other PNBP reached 21.9% of the total state revenue excluding grants in 2023. Dividend contributions reached Rp 81.2 trillion in 2023, a 51.1% increase from the previous year of Rp 39.7 trillion.

In line with the theme of the 6th Anniversary Indonesia BUMN Awards 2024 seminar, "Optimizing BUMN Contributions for Sustainable Economic Development," and information from the Ministry of BUMN's website, this aligns with BRI Life's efforts to increase its contribution, especially to the parent company.

Aris believes that BRI Life is optimistic about the growth trend of BRI Life's financial performance throughout 2024, as the national life insurance business growth is expected to continue until the end of 2024.

With the support of Bank BRI as the parent company, we are confident that BRI Life can continue to grow sustainably, ultimately providing a positive contribution in line with the set targets," Aris concluded
