Sri Mulyani Will Become A Member Of The Danantara Supervisory Board

Monday, 03 Mar 2025

Finance Minister Sri Mulyani will become one of the members of the Danantara Supervisory Board.

Information was conveyed by the Head of the Communication and Information Services Bureau (KLI) of the Ministry of Finance, Deni Surjantoro.

"(Finance Minister Sri Mulyani) as a member of the Supervisory Board (Danantara)," said the Head of the Communication and Information Services Bureau (KLI) of the Ministry of Finance, Deni Surjantoro to CNNIndonesia.com.

Article 3N of Law Number 1 of 2025 concerning BUMN does regulate representatives from the Ministry of Finance to be part of the Danantara Supervisory Board. Their status is a member of the board.

However, the law does not emphasize whether this position can be delegated to Sri Mulyani's representatives.

Meanwhile, in the explanation of Article 3N of the BUMN Law, the representatives from the Ministry of Finance in question do not have to be ministers, but can be other officials as long as they are at least echelon I. That way, Danantara's supervisors from representatives of the Ministry of Finance can be filled by officials at the director general (dirjen) level to deputy minister.

The names of Danantara's bigwigs are slowly starting to be revealed. Here are the details;
