President Prabowo To Visit China And US

President Prabowo Subianto is gearing up for his inaugural overseas trip, which will span two weeks. He intends to visit multiple countries from Friday, November 8, 2024, to Sunday, November 24, 2024. Ahmad Muzani, the Secretary-General of the Gerindra Party, has shared that Prabowo will be visiting five nations during this journey.

Here’s the itinerary for Prabowo's international visits from November 8 to 24, 2024:

Prabowo will kick off his travels in China, where he will stay from November 8 to 10, 2024. During this official visit, he is set to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Prime Minister Li Qiang, and various members of the Communist Party of China in Beijing. Additionally, he will lay a wreath at the Monument to the People's Heroes in Tiananmen Square.

Following his time in China, Prabowo will travel to the United States for a meeting with President Joe Biden at the White House in Washington, D.C. Their discussions will center around enhancing cooperation and improving welfare in both nations.

After the US, Prabowo, along with Foreign Minister Sugiono and other ministers, will fly to Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima, Peru. There, he plans to conduct a state visit to meet with President Dina Boluarte. During this meeting, they will witness the signing of a cooperation agreement regarding "Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Service or Special Passports."

Following that, Prabowo is set to participate in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit scheduled for November 14-15, 2024. The summit will include various activities, such as a partial session of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ABAC), an informal discussion among APEC leaders, a retreat for economic leaders, and a gala dinner.

During this occasion, Prabowo intends to deliver a speech focusing on the issues of poverty alleviation and hunger in Indonesia.
